Brad Scandrett has been an engineer working in the solar industry for over 30 years.  He is currently the VP of Engineering at PowerFilm, Inc and leads their new product development efforts.  Brad has developed processes and systems for roll to roll lamination of thin-film solar, automated bus bar assembly, automated roll to roll die cutting, automated testing, and designed a number of different high efficiency charge controller systems optimized for solar.
