Sean Garbarino is an Electrical Engineer who has been working in the government contracting research and development space for the past 5 years. After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with his Bachelors, he started with more hardware focused development to support prototype testing. Striving to get closer to robotics and sensors development, he moved to focusing on schematic design, printed circuit board development, and most recently electronic textiles. Acting as the lead Electrical Engineer for the Materials Branch at DCS Corp, Sean is responsible for the design, development, and testing of in house Selectively Enabled Wiring in Textiles (SEWit) designs. This includes building high end e-textile cable networks and researching new production processes for delivering power and data through a range of textiles.
